Two Children Killed in Freeway Accident in Vista, California
Two children were killed after running into lanes of traffic on the 78 Freeway in Vista. The children had left their car that had stopped on the side of the road to retrieve luggage that had flown off. The mother was driving the car, and was later arrested for a DUI.
