Deputy Chase Stinson was killed in the accident

The Grady County Sheriff's Office is in mourning after one of their deputies, Chase Stinson, tragically lost his life in a motorcycle accident on Sunday night. The deputy was killed in a single-vehicle crash while riding his motorcycle.

In a statement released on Facebook, the Grady County Sheriff's Office expressed their grief over the loss of Deputy Stinson. They said, "This is a tragic accident that took Deputy Stinson from his family and the Grady County Sheriff’s Office family. We are all heartbroken by the loss of Chase. Please keep Deputy Stinson's family and ours in your prayers."

Deputy Stinson served as a school resource officer at Bridgecreek Public Schools before joining the sheriff's office. Prior to that, he had worked for the Blanchard Police Department for several years.
