Man, Unborn Child, and Dog Killed in Multi-Vehicle Crash in Sutter County

A man, a dog, and an unborn child tragically died in a multi-vehicle crash in Sutter County. The incident occurred on Highway 20 near the Wadsworth Canal Bridge. The driver of a Nissan Versa drifted into the path of a Chevy Tahoe, resulting in a collision, and a Ford F-150 also collided with the Tahoe. The driver of the Nissan and his pregnant passenger were fatally injured, while the dog in the vehicle also succumbed to its injuries.

Two Dead, One Injured in Sutter County Crash on Highway 20

Two people are dead and a third has major injuries after a crash on Highway 20 in Sutter County Tuesday afternoon. An 88-year-old man driving a Jeep Wrangler crossed over the double yellow lines and sideswiped a Mercedes before colliding head-on with a Lincoln and overturning. The driver of the Jeep was pronounced dead at the scene.
