Moscow Mills man Zachary T. Evans killed in two-car accident in Lincoln County

A man from Moscow Mills lost his life in a car accident that occurred on Friday night in Lincoln County, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol. The victim was identified as Zachary T. Evans, 29 years old.
The incident happened just before 9:30 p.m. on Missouri Route B, east of Black Street when Evans' vehicle went off the left side of the road while traveling westbound. He then overcorrected and skidded back across the roadway, colliding with another driver who was traveling eastbound and had moved into the westbound lane to avoid him.
Evans' vehicle overturned during impact and he was partially ejected from it since he wasn't wearing a seatbelt at that time. Unfortunately, he died at the scene due to severe injuries sustained in the crash.
The authorities have not released any further details about this tragic event yet.
