Destiny Starks dies in Norwood crash

An 18-year-old woman, Destiny Starks, died in a crash in Norwood after a stolen car wrecked while speeding away from officers. Two women total were hospitalized earlier Monday after the crash. Montgomery Road at Cleneay Avenue was closed for more than three hours.
