A Marion County man, Harley Auten, died Saturday night following a bicycle-pickup truck crash on Oregon Route 164. Harley Auten, 42, of Jefferson, was pronounced dead at Salem Hospital. The driver of the pickup truck, Brian Hammons, turned himself in and was charged with hit and run.
