23-year-old Lucio Gopar killed in head-on collision on State Highway 112

Lucio Gopar, 23, was killed in a head-on collision on State Highway 112 in Poteau, Oklahoma. Gopar was driving southbound in the northbound lane when he collided with a 2017 Dodge Ram 2500. The driver of the Ram was medi-flighted to St. Francis hospital, his passenger was treated at the scene.
