Two Arrested in Scotts Bluff County Accident

One man was cited and a second arrested following an accident at about 2:45 p.m. Saturday, July 8. The driver of the Ford, a 19-year-old, was arrested for driving under the influence, minor in possession, and refusal of a portable breath test. The passenger, also 19 years old, was cited for minor in possession.
