Baton Rouge man causes multi-vehicle accident, steals truck, and is charged with multiple offenses

A Baton Rouge man caused a multi-vehicle accident and fled the scene in one of the trucks he hit. He was later found and charged with hit and run, theft of a motor vehicle, and possession of a controlled substance.
