One dead and four injured in Jacksonville head-on collision

Two cars made a head-on collision where four people were transported to the hospital leaving one driver dead. The driver of the northbound car suffered life threatening injuries, while the passengers in the northbound car suffered serious injuries. Traffic Homicide is currently working to determine what caused the crash.
