Fatal crash in Columbia leaves Nicola D. Harrell and two children in critical condition

A woman died and two children are in critical condition after a three-car crash in Columbia. The crash happened when a vehicle with seven passengers attempted to make a left turn and did not yield. The children, between the ages of 5 and 12 years old, were not restrained at the time of the incident.
