Two-Car Crash in Warren, VT Leaves Two Dead

Vermont State Police are currently investigating a tragic two-car crash that took place in Warren, VT last night. The incident occurred on August 14th, shortly after 8:30 PM, on Vermont Route 100 near Leland Jones Road. Unfortunately, both drivers involved in the collision lost their lives.
Authorities have identified one of the deceased as Harley LaPlante, a 37-year-old resident of Warren. The second driver was a 61-year-old male from Granville, VT; however, his name is being withheld until his next of kin can be notified.
According to reports, neither vehicle had any passengers at the time of the accident. Tragically, both drivers were pronounced dead at the scene by emergency responders.
The Vermont State Police are actively investigating this devastating crash and have not yet released any further details regarding its cause or circumstances surrounding it.
