According to District 10 of the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, a head-on crash in Powell County has resulted in two fatalities and the closure of a road. The incident took place on Kentucky 11, although details regarding the cause of the crash and the identities of the victims have not yet been released.
The road was closed for several hours following the accident but has since reopened.
