Two Killed in DeKalb County Crash: Man in His 50s and Passenger in His 60s

Two people died in a head-on collision in DeKalb County. A man in his 20s was attempting to pass another vehicle when he collided with a vehicle being driven by a man in his 50s who had a passenger in his 60s.
