Woman Dies in Single-Car Crash in Hickory County, Missouri

A woman from Wheatland, Missouri tragically lost her life in a single-car crash on Sunday morning. The incident occurred around 11:30 a.m. on County Road 159 near Galmey in Hickory County.

According to the crash report released by the Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP), Brenda Fisk, aged 66, was driving her Jeep Grand Cherokee when the accident took place. The vehicle veered off the right side of the road and collided with an embankment, causing it to become airborne and flip multiple times.

Tragically, Fisk did not survive the crash and was pronounced dead at the scene. It was noted in the crash report that she was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident.
