Driver charged after fleeing scene of accident in North Augusta

North Augusta police have charged a driver who fled the scene of an accident on Jefferson Davis Highway. Two cars were involved in the wreck and one driver fled the scene on foot. Another person was taken to the emergency room for injuries that were not life-threatening.
