A fatal motorcycle crash in Elma, NY has closed down a stretch of Transit Road. The Erie County Sheriff’s office has not yet released details on the number of vehicles involved or the victims. The area has since been re-opened.
Mark Prindel, 53, died in a pickup truck and motorcycle accident in Wattsburg on June 17. The accident occurred along Route 89 near the Erie County Fair Grounds. Prindel was airlifted to UPMC Hamot but later died from blunt force trauma.
A fatal accident on Route 6 in Erie County involving two trucks left a 20-year-old Corry woman dead. The roadway is closed from Elgin to Wayne and Concord townships.
