A semi-truck crashed into a utility pole in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania, leaving one person flown to the hospital. The crash happened on Sunday evening when the truck lost control and hit the pole. Nittany Valley Drive was closed for nearly 3 hours while state police reconstructed the scene.
An elderly couple was involved in a motor vehicle accident in La Plata. Crews arrived on scene and discovered the couple possibly trapped. One patient was transported by ground to Charles Regional Medical Center. Another patient was flown out to Capital Regional Trauma Center by Maryland State Trooper 2.
