A California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation officer, Marcus Winkfield, was tragically killed in a rollover crash in Sacramento County. The incident occurred on Thursday morning when Winkfield's Honda Civic collided head-on with a Dodge Ram. Winkfield was pronounced dead at the scene, while the driver of the Dodge sustained minor injuries.
