A 41-year-old man from Hastings died in a two-vehicle car crash in Rutland Township, Michigan. The crash occurred when the driver of a Chevrolet Malibu attempted to make a U-turn and was struck by a Jeep Wrangler. The driver of the Chevrolet died on the scene.
A woman was transported to the hospital after a car crash in Hinton Township, MI left her with possibly life-threatening injuries. The driver was traveling at a high rate of speed before driving off the road and the vehicle overturning. Alcohol and controlled substances are believed to have been factors.
A semi-truck driver lost control and spilled glue on I-96 after a driver allegedly cut him off Monday morning. Police said the driver traveling west near Milford Road in Lyon Township when the driver cut in front of him around 9:35 a.m., causing him to lose control.
A man was killed in a three-car crash on Interstate 696 in Macomb County. The 56-year-old Warren man was speeding in a pickup truck when he slammed into the back of a county truck. The pickup truck then veered into the right lane where another vehicle slammed into the truck.
