An Illinois semi-driver, Luka Cuk, was killed in a crash on the Indiana Toll Road when his white Freightliner semi crashed into the rear end of a blue Kenworth semi. The driver of the blue semi sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to the hospital for evaluation. The investigation remains ongoing.

Darrell Charles Kositzke, 65, was killed in a rear-end collision involving two semi tractor-trailers on Interstate 69 in Muncie, Indiana. Kositzke crashed into the rear of another tractor-trailer that had stopped due to a construction-related backup. The driver of the other semi was treated for minor injuries at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital.
Michael Melvin Aker, 78, died in a three-car crash in Huntertown on Wednesday. Aker's car was hit by another vehicle at SR 3 and Gump Road. The crash is still being investigated.
Nicholas Casad, 20, was killed in a single-vehicle crash in Vigo County on Sunday morning. Casad was driving northbound on State Road 159 when he crossed into the southbound lane, slid in the grass, and hit a tree.
