Alexander J. Harb, 61, of Ozark, Ala., turned himself into police Monday morning. He was charged with negligent homicide with a motor vehicle and left-turn failure to yield to the right of way.
David Barocio, a 36-year-old man from Gatesville, was killed in a tractor-trailer crash on Highway 11 in Martin County. The truck went off the road and struck a highway culvert, causing it to overturn. Barocio was thrown from the truck and pronounced dead at the scene.
