A tow truck driver in Allentown, PA, was charged with DUI after damaging 14 parked vehicles. The incident occurred on Saturday when the driver, identified as Marlon T. Carrasquuilla, allegedly fled the scene after hitting several cars. Police caught and arrested Carrasquuilla a short distance away.
