Grantville Volunteer Fire Company responded to a single-motor vehicle accident on Laudermilch Road. The operator of the vehicle was transported to the hospital with unknown injuries. Laudermilch Road will be closed for multiple hours.
One person was arrested and 11 others were hospitalized following a three car crash in Meriden Saturday afternoon. The driver, 34-year-old William Herschler of Meriden, is currently being held by police and he was charged with motor vehicle theft.
