Borton fell from the tractor due to the crash, causing injuries that troopers said contributed to his death at the scene of the incident.
Reese Jones, 19, of Ottumwa, was killed in a motorcycle crash in Bloomfield after attempting to elude law enforcement officials. The collision occurred when Jones' Yamaha motorcycle collided with a stationary Ford F-150 at an intersection. The driver of the pickup truck was not injured.
