Mary A. Pierce, of Paragrould, Arkansas, died in a motorcycle accident in Saline County on Thursday. Pierce was a passenger on a 2008 Harley Davidson being driven by a 52-year-old man when the rear tire blew out, causing the bike to lose control and lay over. Both were taken to a local hospital where Pierce died.
Three people were critically injured in a head-on collision on I-70 near downtown Kansas City. The accident involved a red Infiniti and a white Ford Explorer. The driver of the Infiniti and the driver and front-seat passenger of the Ford were transported to area hospitals with critical injuries.

The coworker hit her with his car and kept driving down the street. Madison's body was discovered by a passerby around 5 a.m. the following day, more than six hours after she was struck.
