A 17-year-old from Union was killed in a single-car crash Saturday night in Franklin County. The teen was driving on Liberty School Road when he hit a tree. He was pronounced dead at Mercy Hospital.
A collision on Interstate 44 in St. Louis County has left one man dead and another seriously injured. Thomas Brennecke of Ballwin was pronounced dead at the scene. The crash happened just after 5:10 p.m. on Saturday.
Kyle Salamone was being chased on Highway 63, five miles north of Thayer, Missouri, around 10:45 p.m. Friday by the Oregon County deputy. Salamone was driving at speeds over 100 miles per hour when the crash happened. The deputy hit the rear of Salamone’s car, causing him to travel off the side of the road and overturn.
Zacharye T. Evans, 29, was killed in a two-car accident in Lincoln County Friday night. Evans had traveled off of the left side of the road while traveling westbound. He then overcorrected and skidded back across the roadway. Evans’ vehicle overturned and partially ejected him. Evans was not wearing a seatbelt, according to MSHP.
Multiple people have died after a car versus multiple motorcycle crash in Aurora, Missouri. The crash occurred on Highway 39 between Aurora and Mount Vernon. Four people have died, three are seriously injured, and two have moderate injuries.
